The Laser House is an art & design brand that utilises the speed, precision and flexibility of laser cutting technology within our design & making process. We are addicted to pattern, love to experiment with materials and techniques, and strive to push the creative boundaries of digital fabrication.
Our collections are all designed and made in-house, using a combination of digital and handmade techniques.
Items can be purchased from our Etsy shop.
We take on creative commissions and collaborations, helping to turn other people’s ideas into reality.
If you have a creative project that you’d like to discuss, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

BUILDING THE LASER HOUSE
Fiona Dowling, founder and manager of The Laser House, discovered her passion for laser cutting during her undergraduate degree in Surface Pattern Design at Swansea Metropolitan University. Since then, she has also completed a Masters in Product Design, and worked as an in-house graphic designer for a student marketing company, before taking steps to apply this extensive design background within a business of her own.
And so, The Laser House was built with the support of a European-funded project called Do What You Love, run collectively by Knowle West Media Centre and re:work, that aimed to help grow businesses and create jobs for local people within South Bristol, with a focus on new green and digital technologies.
